The ideal candidate will come with experience in Credit Control and will be able to assist with accounts administration.

The successful applicant will be crucial not only to the accounts team but also to the sales team and will assist with creating new customer accounts – including credit checks and able to advise the sales team on customer payments.

A key part of the role will be to ensure that customer conform to the business terms and pay on time and in full and where necessary create debt management plans.

Other duties will include ledger maintenance and bank account reconciliations and where necessary placing order on hold or releasing orders.

Temporary Workshop Assistants X 3

Our client is seeking THREE workshop assistants to join them on a temporary basis from Monday 22nd May for initially four weeks.

Warehouse Picker

RAW Recruitment Solutions are working closely with a fantastic company based in Newcastle Under Lyme, as their preferred supplier, it has been requested to recruit for an experienced Warehouse Picker. You will be responsible for sourcing and retrieving stock in accordance to sales orders.

Key Duties Will include:-

* printing, allocating and picking of sales orders

* Notifying Team Leader if sales orders requirements cannot be completed due to stock levels

* Photographing items and stock checking in accordance to customer requests

* Regular Inventory Stock Checks

* Ensure all working areas are clean and tidy at all times

* Follow all health and safety requirements

Credit Control

RAW Recruitment Solutions are working with a fabulous company based in Ellesmere Port. We are recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to join their expanding team.

You will be experienced in working in an accounts receivable environment, have excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, have an understanding of accounts receivable and general ledger accounting packages.

Key Responsibilities will include: –
• Ensure all Accounts Receivable Debtors ledger is updated and maintained at all times
• Contact customers to collect arrears
• Work to and exceed targets
• Credit check new customers
• Produce monthly customer statements
• Ensure database is up to date at all times
• Cash Allocation

This is a varied role, that requires focus, a tenacious approach and high-level customer service.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.

Salary is £18000 – £20500 doe

Reception/Accounts Administrator

RAW Recruitment Solutions are working with an international business to assist with their recruitment at their Newcastle Under Lyme site. An opportunity within the Warehouse team has arisen for a Warehouse Receiver to join the team of 9.

This is not a typical warehouse role at all………. So if you are looking for something different then this role could be for you.

Duties and Responsibilities will include;
• Read and review assigned purchase orders – noting any additional information.
• Breakdown incoming shipments.
• Determine quantities, quality, condition and note down on internal bespoke system.
• Use internet search engines to research products- when required.
• Update internal and external lists with descriptions, photographs and any discrepancies.
• Clean all items and take photographs, for global advertising.
• Attend on vendor onsite assistance when required.
• Assisting in auditing.
• Identify broke and unusable items – report them accordingly.
• Identify high value items and deal with in accordance to company procedure.
• Arrange for items to be re-conditioned and repaired as necessary by internal repairs team.
• Ensure all items are logged and stored away correctly.

Ideal applicants will be or have;
• Ability to work to the roles physical demands – including moving of some heavy items, lifting and a high amount of movement is required in this role.
• Ability to work at speed and to targets.
• Fully computer literate – full training will be provided on internal bespoke system.
• Abel to work to high standards and have high attention to detail.
